Re: Server issues regarded new content

Of course you can't join a server who is currently running a level from an expansion but it still won't allow me to join the server even while it's running a map from the original game. The bottom line is these servers can no longer be accessed without purchasing additional content period. It's not a technical or connecting issue, it's a road block and to me, that is restricting of content that use to be accessible. However, I will still contact EA support about this as suggested.

If the Server map rotation contains one of the DLC which you haven't purchased , you won't be able to join that server .. but there are thousands of other servers who are running on the base game map .. you can search DICE in the server browser if you wan't to avoid those mixed map servers , also you can search from menu by selecting the game mode .. i highly doubt EA Customer Care can do anything on it ..

In case you wish to notify the DICE about this ,you can leave your feedback on below link .. developer usually dwells on this threads 😉

  • your kidding...I'm a local connection so I don't have access to all these servers. Its too bad but at the same time; that lock out from a server with DLC is still pretty messed up and deserves a bit more attention.

And thanks for the link, i posted right away.

You do have access to them. Just go into the server browser and "checkmark" the base game. All the servers that are vanilla won't have the blue "AK" or "CQ" logo on the side of them. You are joining the wrong servers.
