your kidding...I'm a local connection so I don't have access to all these servers. Its too bad but at the same time; that lock out from a server with DLC is still pretty messed up and deserves a bit more attention.

You do have access to them. Just go into the server browser and "checkmark" the base game. All the servers that are vanilla won't have the blue "AK" or "CQ" logo on the side of them. You are joining the wrong servers.
