if the above steps do not work, can you do a clean boot of your Windows program. See this page for more details on how to do that: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 .
Be sure to do every step above, before doing this.
- I think it maybe something to do with my internet connection, i just tried to play Planetside 2 and a message appears saying "LaunchPad was unable to connect" Something s blocking certain services connecting :/

I did a clean boot, then tried to go on the internet and got a message on Chrome saying "Unable to connect ot proxy server"
So i went to internet options and the proxy checkmark was ticked, unticked it and started Origin and everythings updating :D
