I've seen this discussed in the past (here if you're interested) but unfortunately not every part of the vast conflict could be represented in the game.
Added to @EA_David, with Battlefield V on the Horizon, I doubt there will be any more development time spend on adding a new map to Battlefield1.
And the same will happen to Battlevield V. Similar to World War 1, World War 2 was a vast conflict spanning 5 years on several continents. Developers will have to make choices on what battles/maps they invest their time and resources in, they won't be able to cover all.
