further to this the online chat guys here just escalated it to the EA fraud team (case: 07865560)
this is a load of **bleep**e!!
a - bought old PS3 from Sony themselves
b - bought BF3 special edition from biggest retailer in Aus
c - bought new ps3 from same retailer
sureley it should be a simple process to renew a **bleep** online pass, new redemption code or whatever, i know there are people buying copies on ebay etc but that's NOT ME!! grrrr
