Have you tried a different browser? Deleted your temporary files (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=how+do+i+delete+my+temporary+files) ? Do you get any error message when you try to log in? Have you ever been able to log in and play?

Yeah , i'm having the same problem .. i've just bought battlefield 3 off origin, when i try to start it , it opens a web browser , takes me to battle log , asks me to log in , i enter my EA login and it gives me the error message saying " buy BF3 to access the battle log " ... i did buy BF3 so i think the problem is at your end.
do you guys have any advice / ways of fixing this ?thanks in advance ,

i dont really know if the game came with a product code, but if is the case try this.
1.- Download origin.
2.- click on origin on the top left and click on redeem product code.
3.- and type the product code.
maybe this may work 😉

With that error, it sounds like you have two different email addresses going on. Either that or something isn't connecting somewhere and it doesn't see your Origin ID. Sounds like you may need to contact EA support.
