Re: Unable to launch Battlefield 4 with ea app

Hi EA_Illium,

Finally, i found another computer, and i reinstall all, windows, drivers, and games, etc

BF2042 and BF3 work smoothly

but BF4 do not want to launch.

In the web browser, it is written that the game is joining... and after a while a pop up say:

We're sorry, it looks like your game didn't start properly.
Please follow the steps below and try start the game after each one:

Make sure all drivers are up to date
Restart Origin
Repair the game in Origin
Restart your computer

Origin is no longer available, so i repair the game in ea app, and it doesn't launch any game...

Having the same issue except my error message is It’s Already running.

I’m not sure what’s changed but every time I try to load Battlefield 4 from the EA app it says it’s already running. 

Things I’ve done:

- Erased BF4 folder on My Documents

- Checked task manager 

- EA app recovery, uninstall, and reinstall

- Game repair, uninstall, and reinstall

- Restarts and restarts after every change

- Origin does not work and it redirects to EA app

- I will not do the bypass for origin either

- Checked Windows Defender and Firewall

Can anyone tell me of they’ve fixed this with steps?
