If you don't want our help or play Battlefield 1, then I'm sorry but there's nothing else that we can do for you.

    you know i posted this problem here multiple times and it didnt had any answer right ? 

    you want to help with battlefield 1 go ahead , what is it that you want me to do ?

    i sent you the whole list of things i did already multiple times , i sent you the uo trace like you asked and in the mean time i still didnt got any contact or saw any dev saying a word about it . 

    regarding battlefield 1 would you honestly accept that someone took all this time to solve a problem with a game that cost you 90 dollars and now is almost free with less 80% people playing it including my friends who i bought the game to play with ?

    it is easy to look at other people bad or to say things just because but how about for a while you guys Forget you work there and think how would you feel in the same situation regarding any other thing .

    lets see for exemple you bought a geforce 1050ti 3 years ago and during all this time you werent able to use it to play games , how much value the card lost in 3 years ?

    you had bought a top graphic card at that times to play the games at that time and now not only wouldnt be top but with the Money you gave for it you could pay a top one , what would be the fair thing ?

    i could understand any conversation regarding  me asking a new game if i didnt do anything or had it bought yestterday but the game was bought at the beggining of 2017 and you were contacted right away and you cant say either that i didnt care about the problem because until now you have thousands of contacts with a lot of screens from everything some the same because time after time i did the exact same things over and over just because you asked and i wanted this solved . 

    a couple of months ago i reached my limit for all the reasons i explained before so i would like to know anyone right here in this fórum that vwould have requested anything different

    "I checked the case with my team and I would like to tell you that since the game is retired and servers already shut. So we would be able to provide you troubleshooting step for the same but there is not much of support we can do here." 

    Do  i have to say anything about this or should i say anything about this ?

    looks like the devs are sleeping since last month or just think they dont own any explanations .

    i will not wait much longer because you guys will not joking with my face , if this haves to be solved the bad way it will there is more than enough proofs for that.

    you guys are the most hatted company for some reason and i guess everyone can see why , i honestly dont see a situattion like this happening anywhere else only EA can be so little and so disrespectful towards their gaming community
