I´m the same position mate, just started playing yesterday and had 550 warbounds now i have zero ...
The issue with war bonds going to 0 and other progression-related problems is known and currently being investigated. In past cases that happened when Stat Engine was having issues and all the progression returned to normal afterwards, so basically it's necessary to just wait it out.
