I recently started playing this game and found that many skins can only be obtained through trading, and it's very difficult to get parts without action packs. I noticed that these two haven't been updated for a long time and want to know when they will be updated or if they will be updated in the future. I hope to get a timeframe.

Probably this message is gonna merged into the megathread, where it gets lost, and no community member response. It has been 306 days since the skin exchange has been updated in BF1.
Yes, I think ElliotLH is always the anonymous topic merger admin. But he is just a moderator with superuser privileges on this EA forum website.
We should contact a EA DICE community manager. Who updated the weekly market in the past?
Between spring 2017 and summer 2018:
Jeff Braddock (ex North American Community Manager Battlefield )

Between spring 2017 and summer 2018:
Adam Freeman (alias PartWelsh, ex Global Community Manager at EA DICE)
https://www.linkedin.com/in/partwelsh/
Between summer 2018 and autumn 2020:
Jaqub Ajmal (ex DICE producer)
Between autumn 2020 and summer 2025:
Kevin Johnson (alias T0TALfps, Global Community Manager Battlefield)
Between autumn 2020 and summer 2025:
Straatford87 (Global Community Manager Battlefield)
But I think the bf1 weekly scrap exchange update only depends on the ratio of bf1 and bf6 players and the decision is not made by just one EA DICE community manager.
