I downloaded the Frosty Editor finally today and opened the BF1 game.
I think even a child can handle this tool (this is not code reverse engineering).

just for clarity, those images you're showing aren't skins, they're just images of weapons with skins on them

846 skins are in BF1 game - 805 skins slot are visible on inventory screen by default = 41 skins slot are not visible on inventory screen by default
