That depends on which platform you´re using, so check your store regularly.

I wouldn´t buy it for 50$, it will be cheaper again (but I don´t know when).

There´s another option, you could buy the Revolution Edition, which is usually cheaper than Premium, and it also gives you deluxe bonus content.
