Re: Why is Battlefield 1 89.95GB on my PS4?

Hello! @Greenwood2112

This usually happens when one person has premium, and the person your comparing to doesnt have it or does have it but it just hasnt downloaded the maps. If its really bothering you and you think its a waste of space just delete it and re-install the game, All the stats and what not will still be there so you have nothing to lose.

Hepful? :D

I'm not an EA employee so please,

I don't have Premium. My friend does. He has the smaller install. Besides the fact that everyone has to download the DLC regardless of if they have Premium or not because DICE Sweden apparently thinks people are morons who will buy the DLC just because they were forced to download it. Everyone has to download the maps, whether you bought them or not.

And no offense, but I don't think that's the problem. For one, I shouldn't have to waste my time because DICE can't manage to not screw this up.

But more more importantly, there's no guarantee that that would even help. Whatever caused this glitch in the first place could just happen again.

    Hello again,

Well, we at EA AHQ are a community, people that dont work for EA/DICE, just regular people like you trying to help others. Theres a few people at EA that mod EA AHQ because its a community but nothing further than that.

As you can imagine, making a game takes a lot of work and effort, especially a game as Battlefield because the maps are so huge, the graphics are insanely beautiful, etc; and with this being said, mistakes happen, but this is not an DICE mistake,

Your "accusation" towards this being an issue caused/made by DICE is pretty slim because these things just dont happen, its probably a misscommunitacion in your PlayStation or a bug that occured while you were downloading.

"For one, I shouldn't have to waste my time because DICE can't manage to not screw this up."- Feel free to not waste your time and keep the 89GB of memory occupied, you asked an answer, I answered with what I knew, dont be salty about it. I do understand that it can get a bit frustating at times but being isnt gonna help solve the issue, probably will just make it worse because the people that are helping lose the motivation to help you.

"there's no guarantee that that would even help."- If your not willing to collaborate how are you thinking that this issue is gonna be fixed?

Well, with all this being said I hope you have a clearer understanding of what we do here.
