Current graphics cards can also withstand 90 ° C. The cooling of the laptop is certainly more difficult, Can't you set the in-game graphics option to low to relieve the graphics card?

you mean to say that if i lower graphics i.e. resolution it can help me reduce heat in laptop.

@rovindar  Ah, a laptop... Yeah, if you'll make it run less heavy it will get less hot (but not by a lot over time). Maybe it's worth looking into getting coolingpad.

@zenn_nme All the tests I've seen on cooling pads, shows them as a waste of money, they only lower temps very little (a couple of degrees at best).

Laptops are tricky, you can normally not do much, other than making sure that there are no dust (pet-hair etc) in the cooling system (use a vacuum or compressed air).

Sometimes new paste on the CPU/GPU-cooler can help, but that involves disassembling the laptop and is much more complicated.

In general, laptops are problematic for gaming, they get hot and often has to reduce clockspeeds of the CPU and GPU to counter this, which leads to reduced performance.
