Yes i bought the game about a week or 2 ago and all the dlc is showing up as not purchased
That is because as Apollo stated DLC is platform specific and does not transfer. Only services like Premium transfers from last gen to current gen consoles, this was a Microsoft and Sony business decision and not an EA policy.
