You need to have bf4 base game to play Premium, as well if you dont have bf4 game you are not able to get beta and you wont be able to play it, if i am correct, but to be 100 % you should contact EA live advisers for more detailed and accurate information https://help.ea.com/contact-us

yeah, you are right, my mistake
I just saw on Origin that the Premium needs is a "Add-on", so you need tha Battlefield 4 to use it.
So I would have to get the standard or deluxe version anyway.
