as several information system security experts have already stated:

1 Origin IS spyware(see below)

2 Origin does gather information from client side system

3 the information gathered includes but is not limited to browsing history, software installed on client side systems, liscensing information, and other information that can pose a security risk.

4 the collected information is transmitted to origin Servers
