Really unhappy about this situation

&nbsp;Hi EA, im really upset over the current state of play with being falsely banned from all punkbuster servers.I have recorded the conversation that was had in the punkbuster ticket and i quoteTo be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID. Its now 5 months later and im still unable to play my game.I have plenty of proof that i am an upstanding member of the gaming community, including being a part of anti cheat groups years ago and a server administrator protecting game servers from cheaters.I am creating my own game www.criticalpointgame.com and this accusation of cheating is something that i will not stand for. Its a complete slander on my character and everything i stand for. I absolutely cannot discribe my hatrid for those who create cheats and my sadness at those who use them, especially in the pay to cheat underground. I am so against it that one of the biggest things we will be introducing in our own game is an anti cheat system.I will not let EA&nbsp;or punkbuster turn me into a victim here as i beleve so strongly about the injustice you have dealt me here.I have been permamently banned from a game i have sunk over 100 hours into, my stats page show a 1.2KD but i was banned for aimbot (explain that to me) my average KD across games is around 2.0KD so im not doing paticularly well in battlefield 4 anyway.I would like you to fix this for me, either give me a new CD key and transfer my stats/achievements over or get this ban overturned. Note #7: Which games was the ban for? Battlefield 4 or others too?
Will this unfair ban also affect future games I buy that use punk buster and also how do I appeal this.
I have over 100 hours of time invested into battlefield 4 and the cost of the game too.
Who is buying me a new game cd key and going to compensate my hours of gameplay time, the damage your false positive has caused to my reputation and what guarantees do I have that you will not ban more of my games guid's without as you admitted previously no proof whatsoever?
I am considering taking legal action on this matter as this is a completely unfair outcome.

Note #6: I'm sorry, but a new GUID is required in order to play on PB enabled servers once again as these bans are not removed.
A new Cdkey and account is needed in order to acquire a new GUID.

Note #4: The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID.

Note #2: Hello,
In order to assist you I will need some more information.
Please include your GUID.
To see your GUID, go to your PB folder (located inside the game installation folder) and look for the “pbcl.log”.
Open the pbcl.log and look for the line "PB Server Assigned GUID = ", this is your GUID.
If the pbcl.log does not exist, please create a plain text file "pbcl.cfg" (use a text editor like "Notepad", make sure it has no additional '.txt' extension). Open the pbcl.cfg (again something like “Notepad”), copy the text pb_logtofile 1 and paste it into the pbcl.cfg. Then save the file and join a PB enabled server. After a few moments, you should have a new “pbcl.log” file in the PB folder.

Unfortunatly Punkbuster isn't owned by EA therefore nothing can be done on EA's side to have you unbanned, the only way you can be unbanned is through appealing the ban with Punkbuster @TOP-Proto

I've got a lot of things to say but lets just sum it up to the following.
Whoever owns the account is&nbsp;responsible for all&nbsp;cheating that occours on that account, also&nbsp;when your account was breached.

@MorningYou didnt even read my post, if you did you would have seen the massive quote which was the ticket from Punkbuster where they basically said they couldnt prove anything but i was banned anyway!

@CarbonicI own the account and nobody has cheated on it.&nbsp;If my account has been hacked then EA has not informed me of such an occurance.Im really really mad about this, i paid good honest money and now i have a brick for a game.I am completely not to blame or at fault for this problem and i ask you to put yourself in my shoes and ask yourself "what protection do you have against someone saying you cheat without proof"because as far as im concerned i was banned for no reason, my services restricted and left with a game that plays only on cheating servers. This has to be illegal.

@TOP-Proto&nbsp;I did in fact read your post, that's the reason of me telling you EA cannot do anything about it, Only Punkbuster can.
