Recently Bought BF2 on amazon

HI im having trouble i bought the game off amazon and it did not say it didn't include a online code just for singleplayer and i want either a refund or a FREE battlefield  2 complete collection ONLINE serial number as for i am mad.

PS. sorry i put in under bf3 i cant seem to check bf 2

    see i contacted amazon they said i have to go through EA to get an online code for free
