Recover Lost Items From Cache?

I recently posted this explaining how I deleted my game cache, which I thought only contained update data, but actually included some profile data including guns, assignments etc. that I am now missi...

    No multiplayer weapons or assignments are contained in your cache, those are all stored on DICE's stat servers.  Single player progress and assignments are are stored on your local save, not cache. 

    I see that you reference the MTAR, this is a multiplayer china rising expansion weapon.  In order to maintain access once unlocked the China Rising expansion must be physically present on your HDD since expansion pack weapons are physically contained in the expansion packs.  Also I see that you are premium so your premium file must also be present on your HDD in order to access the expansion pack and the weapon contained therein.  Sometimes the premium file is corrupted during title updates so I first recommend that you redownload your premium file from your purchase history in the PSN store and restart BF4. If that doesn't work redownload China Rising and that should fix your problem.
