I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 and also played the trial. there is no refund option for the pre-order, do I have to wait for the game to be released before I can request a refund?
If it's early enough you should be able to just cancel the pre-order through the Order History. In the Origin client click "Origin" in the top left, then Order History.
If you can't do this, you'll want to contact support to take a look at individual cases.

To contact an adviser please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

Tried to refund game Battlefield 1, 23.11.2016.Nr :1002334855000 There is all time "refund request. I don't see this in "my case" what now ?
Community Admin@JamajkaStyles Hi, I can just see that the refund is in the "requested" stage. As we're well past the 10 days now, I think the best way forward is to reach out to support using the steps Andy's posted above.
They should be able to take a closer look and clear things up.
