refund

so i bought battlefield premium and in addition, i bought the game, not knowing that i can buy them together in the premium "edition" and save 20 bucks. I was able to ask for a refund for the game but not for the premium (the bonus pack) and I bought it less then 24 hours ago.  Why am I not able to get a refund for the premium in addition to the game so that I can get the deal with all of them included?

  • If you want to request a refund outside the scope of The Great Game Guarantee you need to contact an EA Advisor.

    Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. To contact an EA Advisor directly you will have to go to:

    http://help.ea.com/contact-us

    then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".

    Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic

    When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA

    The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:

    Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

  • That's because Origin doesn't provide refunds for items which are not full games (and Premium does not count as a full game). Let me quote the Great Game Guarantee (underlined the most important part):

    You may be eligible for a refund of purchases made on the Origin Store (Origin.com and purchases within the Origin gaming application) of full game digital downloads (PC/Mac) published by “Electronic Arts” (collectively Electronic Arts Inc. if you reside in the United States, Canada or Japan and EA Swiss Sàrl if you reside in any other country) or participating third party titles designated as Great Game Guarantee eligible.

    Lawyer twisted words! In others words their is no refund.

    they should make that more clear but it is what it is.  What a bad first impression of origin.
