Rental Server Admin Control Not Working PS3

Our Platoon has 2 rented servers on a 3 month duration. Since the recent patch a couple of days ago we can no longer move or kick players or generally manage people in the server. Before the patch it was fine. 

This is becoming increasingly more frustrating and is in fact making the whole point of renting the server pointless. 

We spend half the game trying to message our Platoon members to get them to manually swap after we jump squads asking people to leave the game!

Please either fix this quickly, or advise how we can get a refund on the two servers we rent. One server is full nearly 24/7, as many people have it as favorite.
