Rented Server , Resetting it's self from 24 players to a Max 16 or 8

^^ I do all that stuff regularly but it's only a short temporary fix , sometimes it lasts for a few hrs , sometimes it lasts for 1 game , today has been particularly bad , having to kick the 8 players in the room , rest the maps etc and it lasts for 2hrs , then resets it's self back to 8 or 16 players

bump. this is so annoying. it started on my server the day i set it to private for a scrim. It never worked right since. Before i never had a problem. Now it constantly maxes out at 16 at random times. Also I noticed its way harder to fill up now but thats probably a unrelated issue.
