I forgot the answer to the secret question originals. Help to reset the password or send an existing one. I will provide the necessary information.

That would defeat the purpose of the security questions if we did that! On this forum nobody can access your account, you will have to speak with a Game Advisor who can access your account to solve your problem. You can contact a GA here: EA customer support: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
