Resetting stats,Orign reset

almost two years ago I had a crap pc so was boosting when I shouldn't have and felt bad about it so gave the game up, A month ago I built a new pc but still feel guilty about it and am worried its going to come back and bite me. Is it possible to get a full reset so I have to start again as I really want to play legit and get involved with clans and platoons.....I realise I am an idiot for going there in the first place and you have every right to ban me if you wish but I was hoping that a reset would be suffice as I love this game and am really looking forward to BF4.
