RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [130827]

HI everyone,  Everytime while i'm playing, i get this error message: ERROR Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'ShotInfernius' (for 0 minutes)...

I'm getting exactly the same kick issues. I have been running the same setup and updated punk buster and ever single suggestion on the net but still getting kicked for this ridiculous reason.... SO FRUSTRATING  PLS FIX ASAP!!
