Please contact support using the steps below,
*Note that some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome*
Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/
Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.
On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.
If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.
Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.
You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.
After this, you will get a live chat or a callback (depending on what you chosen) with an EA agent, that will be more then happy to assist you in any way.----------------
Thanks

I have 1 Gb VRAM - it is my hardware VRAM capacity, drivers cannot help it that case. But it is enough for my settings to play on 50+ fps.
Yes, sure, here it is
Hi,
Did you try with a different browser?
Did you simply try turning off and then turning on your modem?
What anti-virus are you using? Did you ensure taht Punkbuster/Origin/Bf4 are allowed through? Did you try with anti-virus turned off (temporarily, of course) to see if the error returns?

Hi,
Not, I do not have any other except old Opera 12.6 (because only in this version syncronization still works). Plugins does not work it this browser, so I keep Google Chrome only for that purpose.
I have direct internet connection - only one router I know belong to my provider and is located in serverroom.
No, I do not use antiviruses, only standart Windows Defender and Firewall. All PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB sevices added as exceptions to firewall to allow inbound connection in all networks (public, private so on).
Hi, Its quick and easy to download another browser just to test if it works.
I'd personally recommend Maxthon as its fast and reliable and safe (and the one I use!)
Just google Maxthon broswer and you;ll find it.
Let me know how you get on.

Sorry, I do not like install any non-game software on my gaming PC. I have all browsers on workbox, but will try to add IE11 to my gamebox and test BF4. If it won't help - I think it is not the reason of kicking.
