This seems to happen when they update Battlelog, for some reason the system acts like everything is newly unlocked. Unfortunately there is not fix for it apart from going through everything to make the system see it as marked.

i mean when i unlock new things it has to be orange mark on the top of the left when i setting my character.
but it's not.
