Rubber banding

Hello. I bought Battlefield 4 recently and had a few good matches where the game more or less worked. But I have constantly dealt with rubber banding. However now, it has rendered my game almost completely unplayable, where the longest I can play un hindrered is roughly 5 minutes. All the rest is constant rubber banding, teleporting into walls and then disconnecting. I would like to know if there are any fixes, or if I am simply up the proverbial creek without a paddle. Furthermore, if it is possible to get refunds. Thank you.

    You're not up the creek.  It's happening across all platforms, I'm on Xbox One, people on PC are saying the same things...it's something dice broke with their last so called "update".  Before the last patch, the game was at least playable...now rubberbanding is back, lag, weapons no where near as accurate and every game I get disconnected within 10 minutes, every time, very frustrating.  Before the patch, no problems like that.  Hopefully they'll patch the patch soon.
