Screen freaks out when ever I get into air vehicle and even in some ground ones too..

BF4 for xb1. When ever I try to fly like a jet, attack heli or scoot heli my screen will just start freaking out making hard to fly and shoot at anything. These work fine in 3rd person just not first...

I have the same problem for my ps4 and it is really starting to bug me. Does anyone know anything about this or how it can be fixed, if it can be fixed? The weird thing is if I'm in a heli and another person jumps into it with me the cockpit will be fine and it will be as if there is no problem, but the second I'm alone in it again my screen will start jumping all over the place.
