Edit: Its back up and 15mns of waiting for slot, half way through a game. You were disconnected. so aggravating!
I'm having the same problem on ps4. Can't connect to multiplayer, or get kicked a few minutes after joining.
I did notice the available medals for tracking keep changing as well. Not sure if it's related.
