Feb. 4 2017 still no response,no help, nothing on any Forum that im following about this issue.
why would a VPN keep it from disconnecting. This works for alot of people.
i have the same problem,I tried using a vpn but doesn't work. Now i call the EA Italian support....

Try to: go to "documents"/battlefield1 and delete it, or CUT and paste in the desktop (you lose the settings but not the soldier), now go to origin and DISABLE "cloud storage"
TEST it!
