Server disconnected is a real issue...

EA please hear me out. Plenty of people are having the exact same issue as me, yet most are able to play the game just fine. I bought the game the night it came out on PS4 . It played just fine until about a week ago. Ever since then I'm getting the "Server disconnected" message. Ive tried to join servers a hundred times, every single way. The only way i can join is on a server with no other players on it. All my other PS4 games work fine online . I understand this is an issue only affecting a small number of people since most can get online just fine. But its obviously affecting some players on every platform, exact same issue. Its NOT a connection issue on our end. Im just asking you to look into it and tell us whats going on. We would like to play your wonderful game.  Seems like all you're telling us is that its on our end. Its not. Its a real issue on your end and we cant play the game.  I just want to hear that you're hearing us... please tell us youre looking into the issue. Thank you.
