There are several possible causes for poor connections on PC and console. To troubleshoot these issues, perform the following steps in order so that you can isolate the issue:

1. Restart the system (PC or console) if you have not already done so.
2. Re-establish your wireless connection.
3. Powercycle your network devices:
   1. Unplug your router and modem for one minute.
   2. Plug in the modem, then router, then restart your system.
4. Temporarily disable any anti-virus programs you have running (PC).
