Server Renting Question

Hey... So I'm new to renting a server for BF3 and my friend is trying to tell me I can change the number of players required to start, but I can't seem to find where or how to do that.  I'm playing on XBox, and I've already rented the server.  I want to take it down from 8 required to start to 2.  Any help would be great.  Thanks
