Service Stars and xp

So I have been on the EA threads and around here even checked the issue tracker thread. I have noticed that some of the service stars do not give points anymore after the latest patch and I noticed that its not just be there are a load of people complaining about the same problem. If the game is over for instance the little bird service star will be right at the edge before receiving a service star but it will not go onto the new points screen. If you go to the progression tab it shows that you received a service star and started counting new points for a service star.

My account in game will show I have 22 service stars for something but the same thing on battlelog will show 11 service stars.

I noticed it with some guns, grenades, Heli's and the attack boat...

    Yes this is the problem and it is not just service stars but ribbon points and  some other things DICE is working on to solve this don't worry it will be fixed in the coming patches for now all we can do is wait

    @EA you have been saying to me this is a known issue for 8 weeks now and DICE are working on a fix, but nothing! 

    Its not in the DICE list of known issues!

    This should be an easy one to solve!

    Please give an ETA for the fix or an update at least

    I stopped getting attack craft stars at 16, conquest stars at 41 and scout heli at 67. 

    I raised a ticket in December 2013 and they said it will be fixed in an upcoming patch, 9 months later and nothing!!!

    From my Ticket: "DICE is working hard on this and fix will come in the coming patches for now all we can do is wait"

    I have been waiting a YEAR !!! 

    EA have closed my ticket that was raised in DEC 2013 with NO resolution.  This seems to be the norm.

    No wonder they have been voted worst company for last 3 years!!
