Settings keep getting lost, reset... have to configure them every few sessions

Every few times I start it up, I have to configure my settings again... 

I have tried:

- running in Administrator Mode

- Disabling Origin In-Game

- Re-downloading and Re-installing game

- Re-downloading and Re-installing Origin

- Re-installing Windows 8.1

- Installing Windows 10

- Subscribing to Origin Access

Nothing affects it.

For a few times it works, then all of a sudden it loses settings, without my changing anything, so it really "seems like" it's not my end... Please watch the Updates and Patches and things for what they might do to the end users perhaps.... No idea what it could be though.
