Sever Browser / China Rising Not Working PS4

PS4 / BF4 Server browser / China Rising not working. Filter system not working. Only way to find China rising maps is to type in a search. All China rising servers are empty. There is no clear way to cycle on the new China rising maps. Am I the only one trying to play the new maps????? I am a premium member and have had it downloaded for  weeks now and no games yet.  Anyone have  a solution for this? My friends are experiencing the same problem on PS4. Please fix the sever Browser / filters and China Rising. At this point the value of premium membership is diminishing rapidly!
