Single player progress missing

Probably you had some progress synchronization issue with origin cloud storage.
I'm afraid there's no possible way you can get back your progress if your saves have been already overwrote. I suggest you to disable cloud storage on origin client under "application settings" or manually make a backup copy of the folder "Battlefield 1" located under Documents.
Achievements and codex entries do persist because they are directly sync with Ea servers and not on your personal cloud storage.

Thanks for your reply. I have cloud storage disabled at all times and the issue happened during multiplayer - it seems odd to me that the game would save singleplayer progress during a Capture match of Fort Vaux. But I'll try to back up the folder as you suggested.
