Skin duplicate scrapped twice

Are you 100% sure? Did you get the correct amount of scraps in return?

The only way to get it back is through Battlepacks or scrap exchange, I doubt that EA Support will be able to help you.

• HIV positive sir.  
• I did get 540 scraps like it went ahead and scrapped the skin already in my inventory.  As of now the skin is no longer available in my inventory BUT after I got the double scraps, I checked to see if the skin was still equipped and it was.  
• I could understand getting the skin back the ways you mentioned, considering I only spend my scraps on legendary packs.  But since ALL of the skins are available and theres no way to deter getting duplicates, I feel very s****** over.
• Sure theres no way I can get the skin returned to me (legitimately) but I think this is the main issue with handing out so many duplicate skins in battlepacks and sweeping it under the rug like nothing can be done to correct this.  The odds are in favor of getting duplicates and it needs to be regulated more to ensure duplicates aren't as prevalent.
