Slow Download From Origin

I know there are several other forum posts talking about slow game downloads and I've tried all of the suggestions at getting BF3 to download faster. Before I get into that let me explain my situation a little better. I'm on Satellite Internet, so I only get 10GB/m in usage (my download and upload speed isn't throttled), however I have Late Night Free Zone from 12am to 5am, I've been downloading the game through that time. I bought the Humble EA Bundle last week and have been trying to get the games downloaded and Installed since then. Those that were available on Steam I got first.. My average download speed on steam is 2Mb/s so I downloaded 2 games (Mirrors Edge and Burnout Paradise) from the bundle and also downloaded my Civ V I had neglected to move over to Windows 8, so that's 3 games in 5 hours using steam. I'm going to estimate that it was close to 20GB of data, while BF3 on Origin still says 25 hours after downloading 25% in about a week. This download speed is stupid slow, I've tried port forwarding, though my router doesn't have enough spaces for all the suggested ports (I have other things that need forwarded that are far more important), I've downloaded the "Unofficial Origin SpeedTestTool" which shows I should be getting at least 7 - 800 Kb/s on download speed when I really only get 144Kb/s.

This honestly makes me want to just say forget it and not even bother with downloading the games. I'd almost just sell my Origin/EA account to someone else and let them deal with getting them downloaded.

EDIT:

So, tonight I started the download running Origin as Administrator and the download started at 700Kb/s and then slowed down to 140Kb/s. Earlier I also forgot to list the system info.
