slow downloads

Hi,

I've been trying to download Battlfeild 3 on to my new computer, it's been 2 hours and even though ive been getting a solid 19.5 mbps downlaod  the downlaod is only at 36% at this rate it will take me over 5 hours to install it then i have to insatll crysis 3 so il be spending the next 10 hours instaling games is something wrong or is origin just reaaaaaalllllllly slow ?
