Sniper weapon cap limit
I have reached my limit on sniper weapon points but still have 5 or 6 guns listed on my customize weapons drop down. On Ps3 for battlefield 4. How to I unlock the remaining guns?

Yea I figured that out about an hour after my post.
2nd question is there a way to use the AA guns that are located at your home base in conquest?

Unfortunately no. They are automatic and are limited by their range.
