Soldier portrait not working

Are you sure that you are not able to choose any of the unlocked soldier portraits?

At first, clear your browser cache and/or try a different browser. Reinstall your webplugins for battlelog. Get sure that you have disabled all ad and application blocking software in your browser and using the latest version of Adobe Flash.

Please let us know, is the issue still happen and accept if this helped you to solve your problem.

I tried everything, I tried different browser (chrome and opera) and installed new version of flash, but no luck..

here is a screenshot for the problem, I'm currently at lvl 97 and I'm premium member and all portrait should be unlocked!
