Solider load out

I cannot change my soldiers load out in the menu screens I have to do it in the game before I deploy. Any advice help? I am on Xbox 360

    Thanks for your help but I am afraid it did not work tried it twice no joy.

To make sure that no corrupt data is causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2) Select System Settings.
3) Select Storage.
4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6) Reboot your console.
7) Re-download the updates for the game.

    Tried all of the above even redeployed the first option again after option two still no joy. Just have to carry on in the deploy screen
