I tried this, but the advisor guided me through some moronic steps like repairing BF1942 install, running on compatibility mode and updating Windows, DirectX and .NET Framework. Obviously it didn't worked, like we all have already tried fixing our installations and systems. The fellow advisor even asked me to reinstall the whole fckng game. At this point I had to turn him (or she? bizarre name) down.
Then he/she insisted that I should get in touch with a specialist. In order to do that, said I needed to attach a .NFO containing my system and hardware information in my profile so that the so-called-specialist could contact me.
Pure BS, I say.
I'll try another time with another advisor that doesn't ignores the root of this problem and at least tries to solve this like you guys had it solved.
Yeah, just try it with another advisor. Some employees are really stupid ^^

Spent an hour in chat with an advisor convinced entitlements had nothing to do with the game launching, hopefully the next one can help
Got another advisor. Walked me through 12 steps, and asked him to add entitlement to my account as a last ditch effort and it worked. Thank you OP
