    1. It is not connection problem
    2. Nor origin issue
    3. Drivers up to date
    4. Background program have no effect on this
    5. Repairing also have nothing
    6. Nope

Found fix for it, but still problem only occurs in BF1, in BF4 nope, also other high intense graphics/gpu games are not affected

    Fix is:

steering panel > Sounds > Playback > Properties of your device > Advanced i always set 24-bit 192000 Hz, during game when i hear crackling i just set this to more realistic frequency still 24-bits but 44100 Hz and it fixes problem for me, i played last time a lot and on this settings everything works perfectly fine. And i can assume it only on integrated in motherboard sound cards(Realtek ALC 1xxx chip)

    Hey @Balrogos

Thanks for submitting the example and that definitely would get old to hear after a while. If this is still happening can you try these steps?

    1. Unplug your headphones/speakers and ensure they have the latest drivers installed once you plug them back in.
    2. Uninstall Origin and re-download/install the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download
    3. Make sure all your drivers are up-to-date. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/
    4. If you are using any programs running in the background like Discord, try closing those down to see if the cackling noise is still showing up.
    5. Right-click on BF1 in Origin and select "Repair."
    6. Double-check your audio settings within BF1 to see if there were any changes. Try resetting it back to default.

    Hope that helps. Good luck!

Hi @TRACKBALL23 Since this thread is from 2018, I'm going to have to lock it to prevent further "necros".

Feel free to start your own thread, though. If anyone in the community can help then I'm sure they'll be happy to give you a hand.
