Spectator slots

Hello,

we have an issue with the spectator slots on our server. We run a 48 + 2 (commander) slots server, since a few days the server automatically enables 4 spectator slots which changes our server in battlelog to 44+4+2 server. I tried different settings in the server startup.txt file, also disabled all plugins, nothing could stop this issue. As soon as i restart the server it enables again 4 spectator slots, even when spectator slots are disabled. Ialso enabled the spectator slots and set it to only two, but as soon as the next round starts or i restart the server it changes it again to 4 spectator slots. I was also in contact with the support crew of our server provider, he said he can´t do any because it is a bug.

As far as i can see, this is common problem right now cuz i have servers in my fav´s list with strange ammount of player slots which is probably not caused by an adaptive server size plugin.

Is there any solution out right now to solve this problem?
