@Teal_Pipo_Fredo A good squad leader sets objectives where his team is active, this fills up the bars and gives boosts to the squad. I play HC so it is squad leader spwn only. So the leader needs to stay alive or be protected.

Squad leaders should not be in aircraft IMO.THAT is otherwise an annoying classic, when you see squad leads in HC sitting in a jet throughout the game round.
No ability to spawn on him, and no squad orders given...

All except of course if you have the helpful squad lead who takes the lead to pilot the transport heli in over enemy territory to drop his mates down in a steady stream onto strategic important hotspots.
